rude receptionistunclean pool
i can't say i was thrilled with diego at reception. he had a knack for being rude during each encounter. also, rooms numbered 01 or 02 include a needless extra door. it was difficult moving luggage through it and any neighbor activity created noise. the small swimming pool looked rather unclean, i would say even dirty.

the location was really central i could walk to many places easily the staff at the reception were helpful with directions the room was clean and had basic amenities i found everything i needed for a short stay
the room size was smaller than i expected it felt a bit cramped especially with luggage the bathroom layout was a bit unusual there wasn't much privacy as the door was frosted glass the noise from the street was noticeable even on a higher floor

The hotel did have odd layout. I encountered a guard in ground floor lobby. The reception is on the top floor.

strange layoutfrosted glass
the room layout was not ideal (i guess someone thought it was a good idea). there was minimal space around the bed. also, the lack of a proper bathroom door was a bit strange, as the door to the toilet was frosted glass and did not fully close. i could practically see into the shower from the toilet, talk about awkward!

the swimming pool is definitely more suited for children than adults. it's more of a kids' size pool, to be honest.
